Custom road test booking and purchase tracking system for in-house staff and complete website design and development.

These folks had a tough dilemma. They needed a booking program to schedule driver exams. But, they have 3 locations, and 9 drivers. There are 13 different classes of driver exams and they only have 2 vehicles for use by students who can't use their own. To make things more sticky, only certain locations can conduct certain tests, each examiner is only qualified for specific testing, and each test has a differing length.

We had to create a program that would consider the testing location, whether they have the appropriate driver working, whether that examiner was already scheduled during that time, whether the student needed a vehicle and whether a vehicle was available - just so a student could schedule their road test.

When we were finished, we were able to replace 3 different programs and a lot of clerical paperwork - with one easy to use program!

And we wrapped it in a clean, easily navigable design that oozes professionalism!

Sterling sends over 200 faxes per day. These faxes are used to determine and track workflow. The previous process required handling of physical paper faxes, stamps to identify the desks that had dealt with it before it was passed along to the next person who stamped it when they were done, and so on.

We helped Sterling institute a digital fax system utilizing digital images. We also designed and built a custom workflow process application allowing them to send faxes to each other digitally leaving them in a digital queue until they were ready to attend to them. This allowed them to track each "fax" digitally from start to queue to queue to completion with a complete audit trail.

We saved them a lot of stamping and walking - as they can now receive, attend to and pass on these documents right from their desktop which doubled their productivity saving 12 man hours each day. We save them over $900 just on paper alone! And they were able to remove 3 physical fax machines that require maintenance - saving them even more.
